Refund policy

At Iconic Beverages, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Returns and Refunds Policy below for information.

Since we deal in perishable products, we do not accept any exchanges/Returns. Incase you are not satisfied with the quality of our product, please write to us on ask@iconicbev.in

1. Returns

a. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests received after 48 hours shall not be entertained.

b. The customer shall take pictures/video of the damaged product in packaged condition and share with us on the above mentioned email.

c. Once we have received your request, our team will review the same and intimate you on the status of the request within 48 hours.

d. On approval of your return request, we shall process the refund as per our refunds policy


2. Refunds (Applicable only in case of damage/defect)

a. The customer shall be eligible for a refund only if the customer shares us photos/Videos of the damaged product through our Whatsapp/email along with the proof of purchase. Upon receiving the pictures/video, our team shall inspect/verify them and notify the customer confirming the acceptance/Rejection of the refund.

b. If the damage/defect is confirmed, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
