b. Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination, weight and dimensions of the package and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
c. There might be free shipping or discount on shipping rates from time to time depending on the order value and the destination of the order. Please check for such offers at the time of checkout.
3. Order Tracking and Estimated Delivery Times
a. We use reputed third party shipping aggregator services available in the country and their delivery times vary depending on the shipping method, Courier partner selected and the destination of your package.
b. We shall notify you of the shipping information on your mobile number or E-mail and you will be able to track your package along with the estimated time of arrival on our website or the respective Courier partner websites.
c. Actual delivery times provided by them may vary at times due to factors beyond their control such as traffic conditions and seasonality.
4. Shipping Address
a. Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
b. The courier partner shall make two attempts to reach you for the prompt delivery of the order. Despite the number of attempts, if the order is undeliverable and returned to origin for reasons unknown, Iconic Beverages reserves the right to deduct order processing charges and courier charges against the order.
